iNetCAD

Next-generation, map-centric Computer Aided Dispatch

iNetCAD is a Next Generation (NG911), multi-agency Computer Aided Dispatch system designed to support call-taking and dispatching within the demanding public-safety environment. It integrates and operates with other vendors’ 911 Call Handling Systems via standard NENA CAD interface specifications, and is natively integrated with iNet911 Call Handling System.

With seamless ESRI ArcGIS mapping and an information-on-demand design, iNetCAD delivers a clean, clutter-free console that improves operator efficiency and reduces fatigue. iNetCAD’s flexibility allows for quick integration to specialized interfaces in addition to standard interfaces such as 911, Mobile Data, RMS and ProQA.

Built on a multi-tier architecture, iNetCAD provides a sophisticated, remotely deployable CAD solution. Remote call-taking and dispatch stations can be deployed and re-deployed on demand, giving agencies the flexibility to adapt operations to the emergencies at hand. Its scalability supports operations from small sites to deployments spanning regions, states and whole countries, while minimal bandwidth requirements make it ideal for agencies operating across multiple locations.

iNetMobile

Map-based in-field mobile for laptops, tablets & smartphones

iNetMobile is a fully featured, map-based in-field mobile system that runs on laptops, tablets and smartphones. Fully integrated with iNetCAD to deliver the in-field capabilities responders expect: complete call details, prior location incident history, status changes, state and federal crime database checks (CPIC, NCIC), messaging, incident reports and more.

As with every iNet Public Safety product, the interface has been continually refined to stay clean and clutter-free — helping personnel work efficiently in the field and reducing fatigue on long shifts.

iNet911 Call Handling System

Redundant NG911 NENA i3 call handling with the iNetPhone softphone console

The iNet911 Call Handling System (CHS) provides 911 primary and secondary PSAPs with a redundant NG911 call-handling solution that can also operate under E911. The iNetPhone software console is powerful, intuitive and simple to operate.

Integration with non-iNet CAD systems is accomplished through the standard NENA interface specification for CAD interfaces, or via the NENA i3 specification for NG911 Call Handling Systems. For sites running iNetCAD alongside iNet911 CHS, integration comes out of the box — adding capabilities such as a single shared map with CAD and the ability to initiate calls directly from iNetCAD.

iNetRMS

Browser-based Records Management, fully integrated with CAD

iNetRMS is a browser-based Records Management System completely integrated with iNetCAD, iNetMobile and iNet eTicketing. Incident and case reports flow automatically into RMS from assigned events in iNetCAD/iNetMobile, letting officers complete the report and route it to supervisors for approval.

All information — event particulars, persons, vehicles, property and more — is copied from the event into the RMS incident/case, eliminating duplicate entry. For eTicketing users, every ticket is automatically available within iNetRMS.
