This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of customer agency information when customer agency personnel use the iNetResponding application from their mobile phones.

 

 

iNetResponding operates on customer agency employee’s mobile phones and transmits customer agency event information, agency messages, agency notifications and employee responses to customer agency users and devices for situational awareness. Additionally as employees interact with the iNetResponding application other data is generated that is of importance to the customer agency.

 

All of the described data above is the property of the customer agency whose employees are generating the data in the execution of their duties. iNet Public Safety Inc will only access and use the data to perform its duty of supporting the customer agency in the use of the application as requested by the customer.

 

iNet will not disclose or share this data with 3^rd-party organizations unless authorized by the customer with the following exception; organizations contracted and authorized by iNet directly to provide support or develop features for the application. These organizations agree to abide by the iNet Data Policy and are not authorized to subcontract and/or provide data to other parties.
